1. How much does the delivery cost?

  • Free delivery --- All over the world
  • PREMIUM delivery insured against damage and loss € 4,97 --- All over the world
  • Express delivery is not available at the moment.

2. How long can I receive my order?
For in-stock items, your order generally takes between 1 and 2 days to process.
For pre-order items, it typically takes around 30 days (the time will be indicated on the product page) for restocking, so processing will be done within 1 to 2 days after restocking.

After processing the order,

- Standard delivery foresees delivery in approximately 8-15 working days.

- Express delivery need about 4-8 business days.


3. What couriers do we use?

- For Free / Premium Shipping, we use i local couriers such as USPS, Royal Mail and SDA / GLS.

- For those Express, we use couriers such as UPS, FedEx or DHL depending on your location.

Shipping / delivery services vary from city to city. We understand the importance of fast delivery, so we always choose the most stable and fastest shipping method for our customers. However, Prismacy is not responsible for delays or missed deliveries resulting from force majeure events such as wars, bad weather, natural disasters, epidemics or any other event beyond our direct control such as customs problems, strikes or accidents. For this reason, Prismacy does not guarantee the exact delivery time: shipping problems are the responsibility of the shipping company.

4.Tax

- International: Although rare, orders may be subject to duties or taxes. The customer is responsible for these costs. Please note that Prismacy Italia has no control over duties and taxes. We cannot in any way advise you about the costs, as they vary from country to country. For information on these charges, please contact your local customs office.

5. Responsible Statement

Buyers must ensure that the delivery address is entered correctly. We are not responsible if the package returns due to wrong or missing address. If you need to change the delivery address, after payment send an email to customer@prismacy.it or write us on social networks as soon as possible.
