Return Policy for Factory Defects
All bags with factory defects are covered by a lifetime warranty and must be returned to Prismacy Italia through a DHL courier. Following verification to find the production defect, they will be replaced at no additional cost.

Exchange of goods
We are aware that choosing the right product online can be complicated, for this reason we offer you a goods exchange or refund program within 14 days from the date of purchase.

How to change the goods
The important thing is to get in touch with us as soon as you have decided to exchange or request a refund for non-compliant goods. The 14 days are considered from when the courier notifies the delivery of the package. The return of the product must be made by DHL express courier, with expenses charged to the consumer, not refundable. The conditions must be like new and not damaged in any way, otherwise we could not meet you. Following careful evaluation by us, we will satisfy your request. It will take about 3-5 days to issue the refund (it will depend on your credit institution) or the exchange of goods.

Do you want to change your product?
If you have decided to change it for any reason, we will do our best to satisfy your request and assist you in choosing the product that best suits your needs. The change will be made once we receive the product to be changed and the fundamental condition is that it is like new.
For products covered by warranty, for returns or for the exchange of a product, you must communicate the purchase order code and the tracking number of the shipment to the e-mail address customer@prismacy.it. You will receive instructions to proceed within 24 h.
